Morten Grauballe,Executive Vice President of Marketing, Red Bend Software
Morten Grauballe is responsible for Red Bend’s worldwide marketing efforts, including product management and corporate marketing. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the wireless industry. Prior to joining Red Bend, Grauballe was vice president of product management for Symbian Ltd., where he helped establish the company as a leading provider of mobile smartphone software. Prior to joining Symbian, Grauballe was a senior member of Ericsson’s marketing team in Tokyo and helped launch several handsets for NTT DoCoMo. He serves on the board of directors of the Over-the-Air Flash Forum (OTAFF) where he works to accelerate the adoption of mobile software management solutions.
John Purcell, Director of Terminals and Platforms, Red Bend Software
John Purcell is Director of Terminals and Platforms for Red Bend Software, where he works with the world’s leading mobile manufacturers and platform providers to accelerate their mobile software management capabilities. John has more than 10 years experience in various engineering and technical roles in the mobile industry for companies including Intel and LogicaCMG, where he worked with the world’s leading network operators to integrate, test and launch new data services. He has a BE in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin.

Workshop Presenter:
Robert Waaler, SmartTrust
Robert Waaler is a transplanted American living in Sweden for the past 20 years. He has worked during this time in the IT and Telecommunications industries for Philips, Ericsson, Aspiro and since 2004 for SmartTrust. He has worked with the creation of compact cash dispensers, introduction of client relationship management to call centers and mobile services. Already in 2001 Robert was active in terminal management seeing its importance as an enabling technology for the delivery and acceptance of mobile services. Robert is educated in the US with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and an MBA from the State University of New York.
