Prior to Sorrent, Isaac was a senior business development executive at Macromedia where he co-founded shockwave.com US and shockwave.com Japan, the #1 interactive entertainment sites in their countries. Isaac was also general manager and VP of Macromedia's audio/video division, which he led and then successfully sold to Apple Computers. The division's main product, Final Cut Pro, is the world leader in non-linear editing. He led the company's product strategy, and oversaw the production and development of SkyZone's products including Duke Nukem Mobile 3D, Brine Lacrosse, The Crocodile Hunter: Operation Rescue, Encyclopedia Britannica, and Donovan McNabb Street Action.
Prior to working at SkyZone, he was Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of JSmart Technologies, a leader in casual games and entertainment for mobile devices. JSmart was acquired by SkyZone in 2004. At JSmart, Justin developed and managed key relationships with wireless and entertainment industry leaders including AT&T Wireless, Verizon Wireless, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Merriam-Webster, King Features, and TELUS Mobility.
Justin has also worked as a television writer and producer at NBC News Channel's foreign desk, and an ABC News affiliate. Justin holds a BA in Sociology, and an MA in French Literature from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Ken Willner A veteran marketing and digital media specialist, Ken has been actively involved in the development of mobile as a media platform since 2002. As vice president of advertising and media at AT&T Wireless, he developed a number of innovative marketing programs to stimulate consumer adoption of mobile content and applications.
One of his most successful programs was the "American Idol" media sponsorship, where he was the driving force behind an integrated marketing campaign widely recognized as the seminal event that popularized text messaging in the United States. Earlier, Ken was founder and vice president of marketing at Fizzylab, an early entrant in the contextual search and advertising space. By developing marketing programs and partnerships with leading digital media companies, Ken helped grow Fizzylab from a garage start-up to a company with more than 50 media clients in just 15 months.
Ken began his career in the advertising business and held senior management roles at national advertising agencies including McCann-Erickson and Rubin Postaer and Associates. During this time, he led the development of advertising and branding campaigns for leading consumer companies including The Walt Disney Company, Hitachi, Washington Mutual Bank, WebTV and Domino’s Pizza, among others.

Michael Bayle Michael Bayle is the Head of Global Monetization for Yahoo! Connected Life where he leads the global monetization operations for Yahoo! Mobile. Bayle is a Board member of the Mobile Marketing Association and is the Board sponsor of the sub-committee on mobile advertising guidelines.

Nick successfully negotiates partnerships with big-brand content providers such as VOGUE Magazine to deliver fresh video content to mobile users. Nick and his team recently developed the world’s first Mobile Video Search (MVS) technology, enabling anyone with a video-capable cell phone to instantly watch desired videos on-demand.
Nick’s goal in the mobile-social networking space is to continuously develop new applications, features and tools that enhance people’s lives by allowing them to stay connected with their friends and family in real-time, from anywhere at anytime.
When Juice started as a mobile marketing business, Nick led sales and product development, securing customers and partners including Conde Nast, Teen Vogue, GQ Magazine, Sony Connect, Gillette, AOL, Glamour Magazine, Epicurious.com and many others. In addition to JuiceCaster, Nick invented Juice’s innovative mobile products including MobileBday.com, a free SMS based birthday reminder service. and Epi-To-Go, the award-winning mobile grocery shopping list application.
Prior to Juice Wireless, Nick was a consulting partner at Sennari Games, which built Jamdat’s hugely-successful bowling game. Nick was also a mobile strategy consultant to Vibe Magazine. In 2002, he joined Lemko Corporation as a principal member of the founding team. Lemko is a highly successful market leader in IP-based cellular infrastructure solutions. For Lemko, Nick led business development with top-tier carriers, including Cingular / AT&T, Reliance Infocomm, Idea Cellular, Sprint PCS and Bharti Telecom. Prior to Lemko, in 1998, Nick was founder and CEO of Zkey.com, a multi-award winning market leader and early trailblazer in consumer mobile applications. Zkey was the first mobile address book and email WAP site available in the US, launching in 1999. Amongst many other awards and accolades, Zkey was named PC Magazine’s Editor’s Choice and Top 100 sites on the Internet two years in a row. For Zkey, Nick raised nearly $15million in venture capital from Oracle, France Telecom, Omninet Capital and others. Nick also secured key customer deals with Virgin and Sprint PCS.
Nick is a frequent invited industry speaker and author. He has been an invited speaker at venues including the 2008 Red Herring North America conference, NAB 2008, MeM ‘08, CENEXT 2008, CONNECTIONS, BREW 2007 Conference, the IAB MIXX Conference, CTIA, Under the Radar, the Mobile Social Networking Conference by Informa and the Harvard Business School. Currently, Nick writes a regular column for leading online magazines MediaPost.com and iMediaConnection. From 2001 to 2004, Nick wrote a regular column called the CEO Diary for California CEO Magazine.
Nick holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Irvine. Nick lives in Redondo Beach, California and enjoys cooking, surfing and playing with his nephew in his free time.

Scott Weiss Scott Weiss is the Executive Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working from Human Factors International’s London office. Currently, he leads projects that span desktop, mobile, medical, consumer electronics, and enterprise business needs with regard to design, research, and usability institutionalisation. Prior to joining HFI, he led teams of researchers and designers for eleven years as the Principal of Usable Products Company, which he formed in New York in 1996. While running Usable Products Company, Scott led usability and design projects for Dun & Bradstreet, GlaxoSmithKline, Intel, JP Morgan Chase, Samsung, Sprint, and Vodafone, among many other well-known global companies. Scott's team produced annual benchmarks of mobile user interface technologies, including Media Downloads, Music & Video, and Mobile Search. Scott's book, "Handheld Usability," was the pioneering design, prototyping, and usability text for the mobile industry. Prior to forming Usable Products Company, Scott held career roles at Apple, Microsoft, Sybase, and Autodesk. He speaks frequently and globally on the topic of usability, with special interests in mobile design and quantitative usability benchmarking.
Soren Schafft Soren Schafft is the Senior Vice President Content for Jamster, the mobile industry’s largest vertically integratedmobile entertainment company. Soren is responsible for generating revenue across North America and fordeveloping and managing strong sales, service, marketing and operations teams. He is also responsible withbuilding a strong, broad platform for Jamster’s North American businesses, and for installing processes thatsupport operational efficiency.
Soren has spent the majority of his professional career leading organizations in the mobile industry, and hasproven international expertise. He joined Jamster from QMobile, a direct-to-consumer mobile entertainmentcompany, where he was CEO.
Prior to joining QMobile, Soren was General Manager at Singlepoint (MMC NA/Telenor Mobile Interactive), awireless services company, where he supported key clients like Disney, Fox, Hearst, NBC/Telemundo and Sony BMG. He also negotiated the first US aggregation contracts with AT&T, Cingular and T-Mobile, and later with Verizon, Nextel, and others. His intense experience in the industry also includes tenure at Mobile Media Company, North America, where he served as General Manager, Co-Founder and Vice President of Services, Product and Sales, and time spent as Director of Business Development at Telenor Inc./Wireless Matrix.
Soren began his career gathering valuable international experience as Director of Pannon GSM, a leading Hungarian wireless operator, and as a Management Consultant at KPMG Hungary. He also served as a lecturer at Budapest University.
Soren has a degree in Economics and European Studies from the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of Maryland. He lives in Los Angeles.
