Nicky Walton is Senior Research Analyst for Informa Telecoms & Media, focusing on the global mobile content sector.

Prior to joining Informa, Nicky worked for five years as a research analyst for IDC where she specialised on fixed line telecoms, DTV and the regulation of Western European markets.

Previously, she worked for the UK regulator Ofcom (then OFTEL) where she was part of the regulatory policy directorate, working to devise new regulation for emerging DTV markets in the UK. Nicky holds a BSc in Media, IT & Communications.
