ARTWORK PRINT SPECIFICATIONS

MATERIALS

ALL FILES SHOULD BE PDF/X-LA COMPLIANT:

• All files to be supplied as composite CMYK
• Where necessary a bleed area of 3mm must be contained within the file
• Files must be supplied to page size with crop marks offset to 6pt
• All images must be high resolution (300dpi recommended) CMYK format
• All fonts must be embedded, and all embedded fonts must be subsetted
• Any trapping requirements should be applied by the file creator. No trapping will be applied by the printer
• Double page spreads should be supplied as two single pdfs (but should be proofed together)

FILE DELIVERY

• All files must be clearly labelled with magazine, issue date and client e.g. MCI_July06_Co. name
• Any proofs supplied must be generated from the PDF. Proofs from any other sources are not acceptable
• Proofs must be 100% of final size, colour proofs
• Should a contract proof not be supplied, Mobile Communications International cannot be held responsible for colour matching or any content errors that may occur.
• If we have to convert files to a PDF format there will be a charge incurred of £50 per page, however we cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur.

PERFECT BOUND
Finished size: 200 x 150mm
Please provide the insert to the finished size and with a 3mm bleed. If you wish to have a perforation, please indicate with a dotted line.

SADDLE STITCHED
Finished size: 200 x 150mm
Please provide the insert to the finished size and with a 3mm bleed, adding 5mm at the top for the head trim and 70mm on the left side for the binding flap. The binding flap can also be four colour. If you wish to have a perforation, please indicate with a dotted line.

Informa Telecoms & Media accepts DART third party ad tracking for flash banners, iFrames and HTML files. Flash banners, iFrames and HTML files supplied with an embedded 'clickTAG' attribute will not be tracked by Informa Telecoms & Media. If you require Informa Telecoms & Media to provide tracking for Flash banners you must provide both the .swf and .fla files.

Source code must be provided in the form of a HTML file or iFrame. When providing creative for email campaigns please note that only a flat image file (.jpg or .gif) is accepted.
