PRE CONFERENCE WORKSHOP – 11 JULY 2006
Driving Traffic to Your Off-Deck Content Offering
led by MINICK
There are many factors that make an off-deck service successful, including attractive content, clever pricing, and compelling product packaging. However, the one factor that seem most services tend to fail at most is getting customers to know you have a service in the first place and getting customers to look at it. This is the single most difficult challenge to overcome for most companies that have launched off-deck services.
In fact, if this challenge is not overcome, the other factors are irrevelant. There is no need for attractive content, clever pricing, and compelling product packaging if you cannot get customers to know you exist and visit your shop in the first place!
This full day workshop aims to address this issue in depth and arm you with ideas on making your off-deck discoverable and getting customers to keep coming back.
