Freda Benlamlih is Senior Consultant and Director of Reports-Telematics & M2M/Consulting. Freda has more than 20 years' experience in mobile communications and electronics markets. She has written and contributed to many successful ARC Group strategic research reports, including Telematics & M2M, Wireless LAN, Future Mobile Computing, Automotive & Freight Telematics, Future Mobile Handsets and Wireless Internet. She has also negotiated and worked on a broad range of consultancy projects, including cellular modules markets, business case studies for M2M, handset trends, fixed and mobile call patterns, and longer term mobile and wireless device and network trends. She regularly presents at international conferences.

Prior to joining Informa, Freda specialised in market trend analysis and forecasts for electronic components and end user markets in a management consultancy, and worked in development programme planning and implementation for the UNDP in Morocco. She is a French/English technical translator, and a member of the Institute of Linguists.
