Chief Financial Officer
After graduating in Law, Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross (as was) in 1991. He joined IBC on a temporary contract in 1998, tasked with developing the global treasury function and then following on by re-vamping the group's consolidation from a wholly manual to a fully automated process. He was appointed Group Financial Controller in October 1998, just days before work began on the proposed merger with LLP. Mark remained Group Financial Controller of Informa till Autumn 2001 and then moved to an operational role becoming Finance Director of its most profitable division - Telecoms. He is currently responsible for the management accounting of this division and as CFO of the new fully integrated Informa Telecoms & Media business
